Founded in 2020 by Alastair Lee, a leader with more than 25 years’ experience building advancement programs within schools, universities, and not-for-profits, AlumGrow combines sector expertise with governance and legal insight.

Alastair previously established the award-winning advancement and alumni relations program at Deakin University and has since supported institutions across Australia and internationally to deliver sustainable, high-impact programs.
